About Us
Since 1996, Associated Power Structures has grown from a manufacturer of substation structures into an integrated engineering, manufacturing and EPC company serving power transmission, renewable energy and telecom.
Nearly three decades of building power infrastructure
Associated Power Structures (APS) is a second-generation-led enterprise providing integrated EPC solutions across power transmission, renewable energy and telecom.
Founded in 1996 in Vadodara, Gujarat, by Ajay Patel, Parag Kothari and Satish Desai, APS began by manufacturing substation structures. Over the years, the company added windmill towers, telecom towers, solar structures and transmission line towers to its portfolio, and became a trusted partner for turnkey EPC projects.
Today, APS delivers end-to-end solutions for overhead transmission lines, substations, distribution networks, underground cabling, and solar and wind energy projects — with transmission projects executed up to 800 kV, including HVDC.
Our two integrated plants at Bamangam and Manglej in Vadodara District span about 150 acres, with fabrication and hot-dip galvanising under one roof and testing in a NABL-accredited laboratory. Located close to Mundra, Kandla, Hazira and Nhava Sheva ports, they support fast and cost-effective exports.
Power transmission & distribution
Transmission lines up to 800 kV, substations up to 400 kV (AIS & GIS), distribution networks and underground cabling.
Renewable energy
